Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B43 | £95 - £105 per day | September 2024 | Long Term - Permanent LTF Recruitment are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support students in a welcoming secondary school located in the Birmingham B43 area. The successful candidate will join a supportive and successful school, taking a positive approach to supporting students with a passion for helping them to reach their full potential.The role is long term, until the end of the 2025 academic year, with the view to go into a permanent role directly with the school after this. Role Responsibilities:Offer individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff and parents to build a supportive networkCollaborate closely with teachers to understand the students learning styles, strengths and challenges of individual studentsCultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters a sense of value and support for all studentsDevelop positive relationships with students, guiding them in adhering to school rules and expectationsPerson Specification:Hold a relevant qualification or degree in education, special education, or a related fieldDemonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning needs, adapt learning and provide tailored supportHave a passion for education and fostering a positive learning experience for all studentsAn up to date DBS and two referencesLTF Recruitment specialise in securing long term - permanent roles in education settings.
