Preparation of Materials: Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources for lessons and activities, ensuring that all students have the tools they need to succeed.

Monitoring Progress: Observe and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and supporting the development of individual learning plans.

Support with Daily Routines: Assist students with daily routines, such as transitioning between activities and supporting their personal development and well-being.

Ideal Candidate:Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (e.

, Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning).

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
