We are looking for talented individuals to join our team of dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistants.As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing valuable support to teachers in the classroom, helping to ensure every child reaches his or her full potential. This is a varied role and your duties will vary based on the needs of each class or school.You will be expected to:Support teachers in encouraging children to reach their potentialHelp create a safe and positive learning environment.Assist in classroom management.Monitor students' behaviour and interact with them;Prepare teaching materials and resources.Work with a range of abilities and use appropriate teaching techniques.Assist children with basic needs, participate in playground activities and look after their well-being. Ideally, you will have a level 3 qualification in teaching or equivalent, experience working in a similar role and an excellent understanding of the national curriculum.You will be a patient, encouraging and motivated individual, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
