Teaching Assistant Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional team.

This is a full-time role starting in September 2024.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality early years education, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for our youngest learners.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and motivated.

Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.

Promote excellent behaviour and social skills, fostering a respectful and friendly classroom environment.

Support children with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

Ensure the health and safety of all pupils during indoor and outdoor activities.

Teaching Assistant Essential Requirements:A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to nurturing the potential of every child.

Teaching Assistant Desirable Attributes:Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

First Aid certification.
