Key Responsibilities:Child Development Support: Assist in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, focusing on each child's individual learning and development needs.

Learning Activities: Plan and participate in engaging educational activities that stimulate young minds and support their cognitive, physical, and social development.

Classroom Management: Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children feel secure and encouraged to explore and learn.

Observation and Reporting: Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to ensure each child reaches their potential.

Inclusive Support: Work closely with children who have additional needs, tailoring activities to ensure inclusivity and equal opportunities for all learners.

Daily Routines: Assist with daily routines including meal times, nap times, and toileting, ensuring the well-being of all children.

What We Are Looking For:Experience: Proven experience in an Early Years setting is essential.

Familiarity with the EYFS framework and working with children aged 0-5 years is highly desirable.

Qualifications: Ideally hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.

, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, or equivalent).

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and nurturing attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
