Tax Lawyer in London

A well-established top 30 firm is seeking a corporate tax associate with a minimum of 3 PQE to join their team. Their tax team sits within their ranked corporate practice, supporting them on a wide range of matters and transactions.

It is an exciting opportunity. While the focus will be on corporate tax, you will also cover the broader scope of tax issues, such as advising on the tax treatment of employee share schemes and other incentive arrangements. Additionally, you will regularly assist the banking, employment, and other teams when tax issues arise in their matters.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales or a common law jurisdiction with 3+ PQE.
• Experience gained with a large regional or national practice.
• Strong academics.
• Background in a recognised tax law practice.
• Ability to give practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong grounding in corporate/transactional tax, including experience in supporting a wide range of M&A and corporate reorganisation work.
• Experience with tax issues in real estate transactions and employment matters.
