We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruitment professional with experience of resourcing for full time, part time and fixed term contracts to support our Talent Acquisition partner with recruitment campaigns for The Manchester College and UCEN Manchester. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Education sector and have a strong record of successfully filling teaching and tutoring roles. This position is a fixed term contract for 6 months, working 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis.As the Talent Acquisition Resourcer, your key focus will be to work in conjunction with our Talent acquisition partners to identify and secure candidates using various job and messaging boards, proactively making approaches using networking tools and screening applications on our in-house recruitment system for the team to successfully fill positions across The Manchester College and UCEN. As the Talent Acquisition Resourcer you will be Responsible for: To manage the recruitment process from the point of advert up to the conditional offer including:Support in the Processing requisitions, liaising with hiring managers to ensure all relevant information is included and working to resolve any gaps.Preparing adverts using the information supplied on the requisition and checking for any possible mistakes or omissions.Liaise with the TA Partners in relation to any specialist adverts and ensuring they have been approved.Obtain (where appropriate) finance codes for approval to recruitPost adverts.Support managers through each stage of the iTrent recruitment process.Respond to candidate queries and troubleshoot issues such as re-setting application passwords.Liaising with the onboarding team (HRSS) to achieve a professional and seamless service to candidates to Provide a positive candidate experience.Act as first point of call for candidates up until the offer stage.Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner as appropriate to successfully handle candidate and hiring manager queries.Support managers during the recruitment process, providing guidance and support so that they contribute to a positive candidate experience.Deliver service according to our SLAs whilst managing client/candidate expectations effectively.Escalating complaints to the relevant Talent Acquisition partners and supporting on a prompt resolution where possible.Obtain candidate feedback from hiring managers to be shared with candidates at the appropriate time Providing administration support to Talent Acquisition Partners.Perform initial CV searching, profiling, and pre-screening of potential candidates to supply Talent Acquisition partners with potential shortlists of suitable candidates and ensuring all candidate searches and shortlist are completed and submitted to the Talent Acquisition partner in the timeframes specified.Assist with interview planning to ensure that candidates are interviewed in a timely manner.Assist with the planning of training/recruitment events.Provide support on any other Recruitment activities and initiatives that may be deemed as priorities to the team and/or business.Maintain agreed standards.Maintain/update relevant systems (iTrent / XMS / applicant tracking system to achieve accurate record keeping, compliant with appropriate legislation and regulations.Work to achieving compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements specific to the education sector in a recruitment setting.About usThe LTE Group is a national, public-sector learning, training and education organisation with a clearly defined mission to 'improve lives and economic success through learning and skills.
