Apply NowThis exciting role is a great opportunity to take our talent acquisition capabilities to the next level, bring great talent into Rotork and ensure we have the right people in place to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
Reporting to the Head of Culture & Inclusion, you will manage the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure business as usual recruitment is delivered globally, whilst driving global talent acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
In this role you will develop and deploy a talent acquisition strategy which ensures effective delivery of strong and diverse talent into Rotork to support our Growth+ strategy. You will also work as part of the Culture & Inclusion team, to embed organisational culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
This role would suit an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, looking to make a significant impact within a change-focused, global organisation.
