Description

As a Candidate Resourcer you will be given the opportunity to work in a niche trading system sector, developing our candidate network whilst maintaining relationships with our existing consultants.

A bit more about the role:

• Maintain relationships with new and existing candidates,
• Build and grow a candidate portfolio- to meet current demand, or to pipeline for future programmes.
• Networking
• Ongoing consultant support.
• Work as an integral member of a team so communication will be key.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under time sensitive expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience working in Talent Acquisition or as a Resourcer, preferably within the Banking or Technology sectors
• Extremely strong communication skills.
• Commission driven mentality- more focussed on your total comp then your base salary.
