Ideally, you’ll bring at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating strong leadership abilities in an IT management environment.Key Responsibilities for this IT Manager role:Overseeing the maintenance and support of all systems, including ERPSupporting and implementing new technologies, including AWS/Azure cloud solutionsEnsuring compliance with IT internal controls and PCI DSS requirementsManaging IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheldDeveloping and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levelsManaging system requirements from proposal through implementation and go-livePurchasing and managing hardware/software assetsYou will need excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
