Dundee, UK (on-site)

Position Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Product Engineering Team based in Dundee .

This is a multi-discipline team developing and supporting the production of ATM’s (Automated Teller Machine).

Each ATM combines a range of financial Self-Service modules that are packaged to deliver complex transactions in a wide variety of environments.

We are seeking an experienced System/Electronic Engineer who will develop the electrical system within the ATM.

The successful candidate will get a chance to work on a wide range of modules including PC Cores, Card-readers and complex media handling units.

System Engineer

Main responsibilities shall include, but will not be restricted to:

• Develop ATM system interconnect diagrams
• Design harness solutions, prepare harness drawings and work closely with development vendors.
• Prototype parts and support build phase
• Support test phases
• Support for planning and project reporting
• Prepare documentation, procurement specifications, Functional specifications, test reports.
• Attend or lead design reviews

Qualifications

• Experience with using Cadence, Creo and Microsoft Office applications.
• Awareness and or experience of sustainable design and/or working in projects linked to new concepts, innovation or proof of concept.
