Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage surfacing gangs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. - Utilize your surfacing expertise to address and resolve any project-related challenges. - Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance throughout all project phases. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among the teams. Requirements: - Proven experience in managing highways surfacing gangs. - Extensive knowledge and experience in surfacing projects, preferably within the East Midlands region. - Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. - Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
