Job Title: Support WorkerLocation: Island Support workerEarn upto £10,000 in 3 monthsAbout the role: My client is a leading provider of support services for individuals with a variety of needs. They are dedicated to delivering person-centred care and support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team on one of the Islands.This role is a contract position for 3 months on the Islands. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn upto £10000 in three months. Responsibilities:* Providing leadership and guidance to a team of support workers* Coordinating and allocating work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans* Providing hands-on support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs* Undertaking assessments and reviews of individual care plans* Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care* Monitoring and reporting on the progress and well-being of clients* Supporting with staff training, development, and supervisionRequirements:* Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent* Experience of working with individuals in a care home or care at home setting * Strong leadership and management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Must be a car driver* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred careBenefits:* Great rate of pay* Accommodation and travel expenses paid for.How to Apply: If you have the skills and experience required for this role and are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, I would love to hear from you.
