Support Coordinator in South Shields

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

We are recruiting a Support Coordinator for our South Tyneside Learning Disability Service.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner to work with people with learning disabilities in South Tyneside.

Your role will include:

Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is essential for this role.

Managerial experience is desirable but not essential.

Possession of a clean driving license and a car is desirable.

You will be expected to work flexibly on a rota to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays.
