In preparation for the 2024/25 academic year, we are seeking proactive and adaptable Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to support our educators and contribute to the overall educational experience.
Responsibilities:Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging classroom activities;Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs;Helping maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere;Collaborating with teachers to create and implement effective lesson plans;Offering guidance and support during educational outings and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:Relevant educational background or qualification;Previous experience working in an educational or childcare setting is advantageous;Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of varying ages;Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles;Enthusiasm for contributing to students' growth and development.
