Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and caf?-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.

We are looking for the next generation of Managers who are passionate about the hospitality industry and progressing their career to join our team. As a Supervisor, we expect the usual stuff on a day-to-day basis, helping to run your site in style and supporting your management team to meet site targets and team goals. In return our senior management team will invest time and energy towards helping you to push your career to the next stage, whatever that looks like for you.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to demonstrate confidence in leading the small team. You must drive service and sales, and be the constant face of energy and passion on the floor! We expect previous experience in hospitality management, strong experience in supporting a all yet very busy team, and a 'work with the team' approach/attitude at all times.

This is a new coffee truck location right outside of GRIND HQ! Therefore coffee making is?
