Adecco Manchester are pleased to be recruiting for a Stores Manager to join a specialist Engineering business based in Middleton, Manchester.
The position is offered at a basic salary of up to £30, per annum, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Please note, we are only able to consider candidates living within a reasonable commuting distance to Middleton.
The Stores Manager is a key position, responsible for ensuring the smooth supply of parts and materials to Engineering projects and reducing any risk within the supply chain. You will work closely with the Stores Team to assist with the running of this department, ultimately ensuring all of the parts are ready for the manufacturing teams to use or dispatch on time.
Core skills sets required for this role include:
The successful candidate will be able to bring new ideas to the table to further improve the stores and stock control processes. They will be willing to learn how all aspects of a manufacturing business operates, and take ownership of the stores and purchasing.
