You will be catering for up to 400 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food.The site is solely retail focused with no budget from the client, giving the Chefs complete autonomy to cook what they like using the ingredients they choose too.This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills.
