We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Coleshill office. As our Solicitor, you will support the Senior Solicitor with provision of property legal services to the Midland and North Divisions. Those legal services extend to the acquisition of land, the sale of land parcels to third party developers, Registered Providers and private rental entities and the sale of build complete dwellings to end users.Working closely with the regions within the North Midlands, Yorkshire Division and the South Midlands and North Division the role includes engaging with both the internal legal team, Vistry's panel of external legal advisors and reporting to management on pertinent matters.We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.Let's cut to the chase, what's in it for you... Play a crucial role working collaboratively with panel firms and key stakeholders to drive structure, process and best practice.Demonstrate the ability to advise and influence key stakeholders.Site acquisition and transactional expertise:Land acquisitionLand disposalSub-sales and disposal of affordable housingPRS/BTR frameworksOverage arrangementsComplex title issuesGolden brick structureInfrastructure agreements including utilities agreements.Commercial property including landlord and tenant matters.Lead on disposals to registered providers and investors.Draft and negotiate development agreements/construction contracts.Provide generic legal advice/signposting to key stakeholders.
