Perm Role: £120,000 - £160,000
Harrington Starr have partnered with a Global Financial Services platform, and they are looking for a Software Development Technical Lead providing technical development expertise and guidance. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established, growing global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership and direction for a team of 7-10 made up of developers and QAs
- Direct access and interfacing with Senior leadership providing insight into the projects roadmap and progress
- Hands on development for the project
- Performing 1:1 code reviews and touch points with developers

Key Skills and Experience:
- Technical leadership experience is essential
- Expert Full stack development experience across JavaScript & TypeScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL)
- Understanding of modern CI/CD practices
- Exceptional communication skills – interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
- Confident refactoring existing codebase to improve the product utilising the above mentioned tech
- Familiarity with real-time messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis)
- DevOps related technologies i.e. Docker and Kubernetes will be useful
This role offers hybrid working, with an office based in the City of London. This role will best suit a Senior Software Engineer with expert Full Stack Development experience.
