Location: Manchester

This is a full-time in office role.

The office is located next to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implement the paid social media strategy for a portfolio of key brands (journals, initiatives, corporate).
  • Provide support and training to others across the business on social media best practice.
  • Weekly monitoring and monthly reporting of campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio and others across the business.
  • Develop and implement key corporate projects, campaigns and content
  • Population of weekly content calendar.
  • Profile:

  • Academic degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising (or related).
  • 2+ years’ experience of coordinating social media or digital marketing activities for business.
  • Good knowledge of key social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Other channels a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager. Other Ad Managers a plus.
  • Knowledge of other social media and digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Brandwatch, Sprout and Google Ads would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of brand, communication, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), other language skills are beneficial.
  • Good organizational, analytical and prioritization abilities.
