Site Security Supervisor in Coventry

 MAN Commercial Protection are currently recruiting for full-time Day security supervisor in Coventry CV8

The shift pattern will consist of the following hours Monday - Friday. Cover at short notice may also be required

Shift Timings: 05:30 - 17:30.

Applicants must be smart in appearance with a professional attitude, have excellent customer service skills, excellent punctuality & attendance, be observant, able to complete comprehensive incident reports, and have a drive to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervising a large team.
• Liaising with the client
• Gatehouse duties
• CCTV viewing.
• Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high profile security presence.
• Booking in and out vehicles and visitors
• Searching staff, contractors and vehicles
• Check alarms and log information
• Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
• Have a flexible approach to work

The Ideal Candidate MUST have:

• A valid front line SIA Licence
• Previous supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills
• A full 5-year checkable work / education history, including addresses and landline contact details.
• Own transport
