Avocet Strategic Resourcing specialises in providing experienced personnel in the Service Desk / Service Delivery and IT Infrastructure arena.
There has been much talk and speculation about the future of IT and the impact of mobile technology, cloud computing, SaaS and BYOD to name but a few recent innovations but one thing is for certain, people will always sit at the core of IT provisions.
This is where Avocet Strategic Resourcing comes in – we are all about the people and provide that much needed elusive element of the conundrum.
Our main focus is providing the talent & skills that will man the Service Delivery teams of today & tomorrow and will grow with your business to take you into the future.
We have over 35 years’experience in recruiting support personnel and, as individuals, we have carried out a number of assignments ranging from sourcing key senior management members for corporate clients to the provision of a 20 person Service Desk team.
We understand how it is becoming increasingly important for Service Delivery Managers to recruit and retain talented staff, and that increasingly Service Desk Analysts and Service Management professionals need both community management and information management skills.
Service desk staff will always remain both the first point of contact and the standard by which all an organisation’s IT support services will be judged which is why it is critical to recruit and retain these key personnel.
We work with you to identify the best and most talented staff for you to add to your team
