Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Future Build Recruitment is seeking a dedicated professional to assist in the delivery of a significant refurbishment project at the National Collections Centre in Swindon. This role is crucial to ensuring the project's success, focusing on new drainage systems, a new Bauder roof, new external gutters, and concrete repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Morning Briefings: Conduct daily morning briefings to align the team, set goals, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Compliance and Trades Oversight: Ensure all trades and activities on-site comply with project specifications and safety standards.
- Health and Safety Management: Maintain a safe working environment, promptly addressing any potential hazards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordination with Project Manager: Hold daily meetings with the Project Manager to discuss progress, challenges, and plan the next steps.
- Work Tracking: Meticulously track and document completed works, ensuring transparency, accountability, and progress reporting.
Project Duration:
- The project is scheduled to last 35 weeks, with commencement expected in the following weeks.
