Site Manager

Are you looking for immediate work? Do you have fit out experience?

Randstad is looking for an Internals Site Manager to work on a school refurbishment project in Leeds. The right candidate must have experience working on school refurbs and worked on fit out projects.

The Role

  • ASAP start
  • Leeds based
  • £285 per day CIS- negotiable on the person
  • Full time
  • 16 weeks of work

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Manage internals

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out techniques, materials, and processes.
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
