As our next Site Manager, you’ll be driving the success of our repair and maintenance contracts by leading site teams. You will report to the Project manager and set targets for the day/week that are clearly understood by the team. Your remit will be to ensure our contracts run to time and budget with integrity.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a person who is highly organised and detail-oriented. Working with a team of skilled individuals, you'll be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on Health and Safety. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating resources, monitoring quality performance, and ensuring all sites are compliant with company policies.
As a Site Manager, you are driven by achieving success and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. You thrive on taking charge of the operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your remit would be to coordinate all activities and resources effectively to deliver on time and budget.
