Kenton Black are currently recruiting for a site manager for the Tayside areaAs Site Manager you will be responsible for;· Brief the workers on site every morning· Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management· Developing, nurturing, and managing client and supply chain relationships· Managing operatives· Developing project strategy and ensuring effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time.· Reviewing performance against targets and identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities· Ensuring consistent implementation of standard procedures· Managing project handover and ensuring defect/snag free completionTo be considered for this role you must;· Have a number of years experience in a similar role· Civils experince desirable but not essential· Work well under pressure with the ability to work within strict deadlines· SMSTS + FIRST AID
