We are currently working with a Tier 2 main contractor partner of ours to find a Site Manager to oversee internal fit out within an industrial project in East London.

Applicants need to have a background managing shell & core, M&E, stair case fit out andmezzanine floor packages.

Interviews will take place next week with the view to start asap.

    • The role:

  • Management with sub contractors and liason with site teams
  • Overseeing all quality assurance documentation on site
  • Ensuring high standards of H&S are kept on site
  • Attend weekly progress meetings
  • Candidates need to be methodical and detail driven
  • Clear communication skills

    • Requirements:

  • Background working on large scale industrial projects
  • Must have an in date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
  • Previous experience working for Main Contractors
