Site Manager - Traditional Build Housing Scheme
Colchester
Up to £68,000 + package (car / car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus)
Future Build Recruitment is currently searching for a Site Manager to work for a tier one Housebuilder to deliver a new traditional build housing scheme in Essex.
As a Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering the project, focusing on health and safety, sub-contract management and quality. Your responsibilities will include managing the programme, providing guidance to sub-contractors, and collaborating on site work planning and scheduling.
