For this role the client are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller for an immediate start.

Your primary responsibilities will include: * Scanning and uploading documents to their internal document filing system * Processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input along with supporting the management team.

Job Details: * You will be tasked with inputting information into systems, predominantly using Excel and Microsoft Word and the client’s internal document storage system.

* Responsible for generating reports and supporting the site management team * Supporting the commercial team, reconciling invoices (when needed) * Cross-checking paperwork in preparation for payments * Document management and control * Answering the telephone/taking messages * Basic administration tasks * Job hours are 9am – 5pmRequirements: * Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Administrator * You must be organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic project environment * Previous experience in a similar environment is highly desirable for the ideal candidate * Strong customer service experience * The role will be split over two sites but you will be able to be based either in Poole (Dorset) or in Wokingham (Berkshire) and work 5 days a-week at either location * Ideally you will have a driving licence and your own vehicle as there could be occasionally travel to the site you are not based inNext step to apply for this role:As a candidate with site experience, you will already know the technical specifications of this role, but following your application of interest, you will:✔ Receive a full detailed introduction about this role✔ Full technical specification✔ Information on the client, location, projects and package✔ Discussion on your synergy for this role and next steps * 3D Personnel are acting as an employment business from this vacancy * To achieve the higher pay rate experience of working on a construction site is needed * The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella which will see additional deductions to you take home hourly rate * For certain job roles payment via CIS could also be a pay option, but please be aware that not all job roles are eligible to be paid CIS3D Personnel Ltd specialise in working within the construction sector where we work with companies who design, construct and maintain the built environment.
