Showroom Sales Advisor in Bury St Edmunds

Our client is very well established, family run and have a very friendly, dedicated and professional team who really take pride in their work and providing their clients with a first-class bespoke service.

* Based in Bury St Edmunds * £23,000 - £25,000 salary + bonuses * 20 days holiday + 3 with service * Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturdays (9am – 5pm) * One day off a week in lieu for Saturdays worked * 35 hour weekJob specification: * Meeting and greeting customers and consulting them on their requirements and helping to provide a consultative solution.

* Dealing with enquires via email and by phone.

* Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service.

* Provide support to customers and the showroom team.

* Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity * Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom.

Person specification: * Minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally face to face.

* Confident and friendly.

* Strong rapport builder.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Must have experience in using CRM.

* Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

* Strong customer focus.

* Well organised and able to prioritise tasks.

* Experience in the luxury goods market and knowledge of interiors is desirable.
