What are we looking for?
Shopper Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Activity Management or Category experience with ability to understand and translate brand strategies/plans into retailer strategies/plans which are embedded in shopper insight and are mutually beneficial for Mars, Retailer and Shopper
Customer facing experience demonstrating ability to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome objections, face into difficult conversations, lead complex negotiations, build strong networks & relationships
Must demonstrate ability to stand alone, deal with ambiguity, good organisational agility & stakeholder management
Strong analytical skills, being able to turn data into insight
What will be your key responsibilities?
The role is responsible for building and developing the shopper marketing capability to deliver best in class instore and online activations.
Ownership of the rolling 18 month shopper marketing (instore & online) activation plan, management of account/channel budgets, comprehensive post campaign analysis and delivery of brand & account KPIs including brand penetration, market share, RSV, NSV, GMAC uplifts & ROI.
The role will also require a high degree of internal collaboration across Regional Marketing, Sales, Finance, Category & Commercial Strategy teams as well with creative agencies.
The role will also be externally facing with commercial teams.
