The Position:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance processes while integrating HSE standards across the business.

You will ensure that the company adheres to all relevant industry regulations, continuously improve internal procedures, and foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and management of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce risk, and improve safety performance.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to maintain certification and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the company’s subject matter expert on quality and HSE issues, providing guidance to senior management.
