Profectus are looking for a SharePoint administrator to join our thriving client in Newbury, the role will be hybrid with an exceptional benefits package.If you are you experienced in managing and maintaining Content Management Service (CMS) solutions such as SharePoint this could be ideal for you. Join the Cloud & Information Security team and contribute to optimizing the internal systems supporting our cutting-edge research. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the operational health of our SharePoint platform, focusing on security, availability, performance, and reliability.We're seeking someone with hands-on technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of SharePoint functions and capabilities. Your responsibilities will include managing configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint with other business systems and contribute to the design of new CMS solutions, including wireframing for content.Your responsibilities:
- Administer all CMS solutions, including SharePoint (Microsoft 365), Jira, Sanity, and WordPress, covering configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the operational health of all CMS solutions, focusing on security, availability, performance, interoperability, auditing, and reliability.
- Manage content wireframes, templates, and storage standards actively.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Handle admin user permissions and access controls across all CMS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these platforms with other systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on all CMS functionalities.
- Perform regular system updates and patches to enhance security and efficiency.
- Document system configurations and update procedural manuals.
