About the roleSytner BMW Luton is looking to recruit a Service Receptionist to join their fantastic team.As a Sytner Service Receptionist, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of BMW & MINI.Working as a Sytner Service Receptionist you will be welcoming every customer who comes into the dealership, you will also be making outbound calls, assisting the service advisors with seeing customers and supporting with administrative tasks.Sytner Service Receptionists work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youWe are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service and would take pride in engaging with our customers over the telephone.
