Service Facilitator in London

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of a Service Facilitator , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay : £19.05 - £24.95 per hour

Responsibilities :

• To efficiently and effectively offer Management and Leadership support to a Team of dynamic Housing Repairs Co-Ordinators.
• Provide full administrative duties and maintain accurate performance,contract management and budgetary monitoring systems as directed.
• To assist in and maintain records relating to the monitoring of performance across the service and produce collated and analysed reports accordingly.
• Act as a point of contact for a wide demographic including clients,stakeholders, colleagues, residents and partners.
• To set-up and maintain a comprehensive and accessible library of information for all areas of the service delivery and additional projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven extensive experience of working in a senior administrative role in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Experience of Projects within the workplace, with an understanding of deliverables and timescales.
• Experience of managing a team, dealing with day to day queries from senior management, colleagues and residents in a helpful and courteous manner and ensuring that standards and performance targets are met.

• This role requires an basic DBS
