Service Delivery Coordinator in Horley

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, plus additional benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am -5pm, and Friday 8am – 4pm

Location: Horley, RH6 9GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of works for field based colleagues
• Booking in jobs for customers via phone and email communication
• Providing administration support and communicating effectively for our field-based team
• Loading purchase order numbers onto the systems
• Raising logbooks
• Answering phones, taking messages and handling general enquiries from clients

Requirements

• Strong customers service skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to priority workloads
• Working well within a team and taking responsibility for own workload
• Microsoft office
