Knowledge of Windows operating system – Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
Understanding of Mental Illness, Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.
Understanding of payroll, HR functions and recruitment.
Working knowledge of telephone systems.
Good numerical and word processing skills in particular Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good communication skills and confident manner.
Eye for detail ensuring accuracy.
