Senior Town Planner in Belfast

The CompanyMy client, an integrated Planning and Strategic Communications Consultancy, is looking for a dynamic Town Planner to join the office in Belfast.

The Planning team consult some of the largest development projects, with the Strategic Communications team providing a strategic approach to all aspects of each development proposal.

The successful candidate will have excellent career development opportunities and be involved in all aspects of planning across all sectors of built development in the UK and Ireland.

You will be such working as part of the larger team and leading your own projects across housing, education, healthcare infrastructure, mixed-use, leisure, commercial, retail and leisure sectors.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town PlannerRTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.

Either hold or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.

Excellent report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.

Solution-focusedUK driving licence.
