Key Responsibilities: * Provide detailed and tailored support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

* Qualify, develop, and convert inbound sales opportunities from both new and existing customers.

* Collaborate with the sales management team to proactively uncover new business opportunities.

* Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers, including onboarding new SaaS clients.

* Provide assistance and support to sales team members as needed.

* Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

* Analyse customer behaviour to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and report findings to sales managers.

* Respond promptly and professionally to corporate clients via phone, email, or online chat.

* Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions with existing and prospective clients.

* Resolve queries and handle complaints efficiently.

* Manage sales order processing and data entry.

* Produce, analyse, and submit reports to the wider sales team or specified key contacts.

* Effectively manage multiple priorities, addressing urgent concerns without compromising day-to-day operations.
