The Role:

• Manage key accounts, recruiting for both permanent and contract IT roles.
• Leverage your network and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
• Engage in 360 recruitment activities, building your own desk and winning new business.
• Attend and organize meetups, events, and conferences, both virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with directors to keep our business at the forefront of innovation, implementing new ideas and strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 4 years of successful experience in IT recruitment.
• A strong understanding of the IT industry and a keen awareness of the latest trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver excellence.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
