• Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry

• Strong negotiation skills

Role responsibilities:

• Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for junior-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
• Managing the full recruitment process
• Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
