What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in STEM recruitment, either contract or permanent, with a solid understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • A proven track record in business development, including the ability to identify, develop, and expand client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and ambitious approach to achieving success.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit.
