Senior Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham

My well-established client is looking for an Education Specialist to join their team as a Senior Consultant.

We are looking for experience & character. In return we can offer a supportive environment with a generous base of £26,500-£65,000 DOE with an uncapped commission.

The Role

360 recruiter role including managing clients and candidates.

· Identify clients and recruitment opportunities.

· Sales activity including BD calls and site visits.

· Managing candidates including sourcing and compliance checks.

· Be part of a positive working culture and contribute to overall success of the business.

180 recruiter role managing candidates

· Focus on candidate side of business.

· Assist 360 consultants with finding the ‘right’ candidate for the role.

Ideally you will have some recruitment experience, however if you have sales experience from any sector then this will also be considered.
