This role involves sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in educational roles, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a passion for making a positive impact to schoolsKey Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Provide excellent service to clients and candidatesWork towards achieving individual and team targets and KPIs.

Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment roleProven track record of success in recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
