As a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

Duties-            Overseeing a team of pre-construction professionals, including Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, Estimators and Apprentices-            Managing Key Client Accounts throughout the project and being the point of contact for client liaison-            Actively seeking new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential new clients-            Providing excellent Quantity Surveying services to a range of clientsAbout You-            Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management-            Either a current Chartered Member, or a commitment to achieve Chartered Member status of the RICS-            Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management for either a construction company, consultancy or private practice, with proficiency in related software such as CostX Measurement-             Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visitsSalary Details-            Competitive Salary-            Company Pension-            Holiday Allowance-            Benefits Package
