With over 45 years expertise in their field, I am delighted to be working with a highly successful contractor who are due to continued success are seeking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent full time basis

Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor you will…

• Communicate with the Contracts Managers in the procurement of Sub-Contractor packages including financial checks, assess commercial competitiveness and prepare of the Sub-Contract documents.
• Prepare and submit contractual notices and /or correspondence to both the Client and Sub-Contractors.
• Prepare cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets.
• Monitor costs, in particular, labour expenditure.
• Manage and prepare, submit and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts.
• Manage Sub-Contractor Interim Payments including site measure, Payment and Pay Less Notices and Final Accounts.
• Support the monitoring of the progress of the Works.
• Other adhoc duties 

About you:

• Experience working in a similar role.
• Have detailed M&E technical knowledge and an understanding of the construction process.
