About Mech Electrics

Mech Electrics Limited is a Recruitment Company based in Bollington, Macclesfield. We opened for business in April 2007 recruiting mechanical and electrical personnel for the built environment, predominantly in the North West of England. Over time we have been asked by key clients to look at their other office networks, to offer support to their colleagues and work on a more nationwide basis, supplying staff and contractors to their sites and offices.
We recruit for all site-based personnel, including hourly paid operatives, supervision and project management.
In house, we recruit for all areas, including estimating, design, commercial, work winning, administration and operations.

Our clients consist of Mechanical & Electrical Contractors in the built environment, we work extensively with businesses in the energy renewables market, with several consultancies and we work with main contractors who have MEP Management and a some who have their own complete M&E teams.

We visit sites throughout the North and meet a lot of clients at their offices too. We meet people we work with regularly, taking time to understand their in-house and project work load and staff requirements now and in the future. By spending time with people, we can take our time to find the right people and not just fill vacancies under pressure. We can obviously react quickly and do so especially when it is a site-based role but working in partnership with so many clients gives us the edge with a lot of great opportunities.

We also work with 2 key agencies, one that specialises in M&E design and the other in HVAC Services. The unusual collaboration between our agencies give us the complete M&E picture. We meet clients and candidates together and recruit strategically. We believe this makes us quite unique being able to offer a total solution across design, build and maintenance.
