This reputable consultancy firm is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in London.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team with a range of projects from inception to completion.

Duties of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor: Pre and Post contract services.

Mentoring and supervising Graduate and Assistant QS team members through the RICS APC process.

Produce documents to tender.

Contract Administration.

Valuations.

Cost Management.

Requirements of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor: Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market.

Ideally have a degree in Quantity surveying.

MRICS qualified.

Good pre-contract as well as construction delivery experience is essential.

Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment.

Report writing skills.

Presentation skills.

Proven track record at the appropriate level.
