Senior Quantity Surveyor in London

A forward-thinking multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Shoreditch.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy whose office is based in central London and complete projects in and around London and will be joining a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Hotels, Infrastructure, Leisure, Residential Developer & Private and commercial but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be working on private Residential schemes in West London.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, they will be running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
